Anti-explosion Automatic Duckbill-Cap Capping Machine

Feature

● Advanced HMI operation, PLC control;
● Automatic cap screwing and hanging mechanism (for plane cap only) is configured; cap hanging is precise enough to improve production efficiency.
● Servo is controlled by the torque. Cap screwing speed is fast and at high quality. Bottle cap damage can be effectively avoided.
n Lifting mechanism and cap screwing wheels are regulated by hand wheels, which is simple and easy. The surface is made of 304 stainless steel.
● A machine can be used for multiple purposes by simply adjusting the synchronous belt, the distance between cap screwing wheels and rack height to cater to varied bottle caps within the scope of this machine without replacement of parts.
● If abnormal conditions occur or the protective doors are opened in the process of operation, the machine will shut down automatically for sake of safety and reliability.
● The protective doors, sealing anti-explosion electric cabinets, anti-explosion hoses are installed on both sides; and it is fire proof, explosion proof and damp proof.

● Capping and screwing of duckbill caps and plane caps of varied bottles for food, medicine, cosmetics and chemicals;

● It applies to varied tall and short bottles which are round, square or oblatein shape.

● It applies to inflammable and explosive dangerous production places.
