Feature

● Advanced HIM operation, PLC control, stainless steel surface
● Rotating cap unscrambling machine; 6-wheel in operation supports cap screwing, placing, hanging; capping is stable and reliable.
● It is possible to cater to varied bottle caps within the scope of this machine without replacement of parts by simply adjusting the synchronous belt, distance between cap screwing wheels and rack height.
● It applies to varied tall and short bottles which are round, square, oblate or flat square in shape.

Applications

● It is used for capping of round, rectangular flat, and oblate bottles for food, medicine, cosmetics, petrochemicals and daily articles.

● It can be equipped with the automatic elevator.

● It is suitable for customers requiring replacement of different specifications of bottles
