SHXG-6 6-head Automatic Rotary (Pneumatic) Cap-clinching Machine

Feature

● Advanced HMI operating system, PLC control;
● The machine is designed with 6 manipulators for automatic bottle feeding, cap unscrambling, clinching and screwing.
● Belt-pull rise mode is adopted, which will not damage the bottle body. Pneumatic mode is adopted for fastening the cap tight; the clutch is set; fastened caps can automatically slide without damage.
● Cap screwing speed is fast and conforming rate is high.
● The appearance structure is made of 304 stainless steel.

Applications

● It applies to cap screwing and sealing of thread caps for food, pharmacy, daily use chemicals, pesticide and chemicals.

● It is suitable for screwing caps in poor coordination with the bottle opening.
