18-head Rotary Vacuum Seasoning/Sauce Filling Line (for Small and Medium Caliber Glass Bottles)

Feature

● Full automatic rotary 18-head vacuum filling, automatic capping, steam jet exhaust sealing rotary capping, paste labeling;

● Advanced HMI operation, PLC control;

● Vacuum differential pressure equal level filling, bubbling proof and dripping proof, with independent material tank and filling valve aside, CIP cleaning;

● All material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, and surface is made of 304 stainless steel, fully up to related food sanitation standard;

Applications

● Suitable for the filling of seasoning/sauce adopting small and medium caliber glass bottle packaging (3 twists or 4 twists);

● Suitable for the filling of liquids such as sauce, vinegar and beverage, and the filling of particle-bearing pasty materials such as chilli sauce, tomato sauce and oyster sauce.
