● Pressure between the driving shaft and pressure roller is adjustable so that the label travelling direction can be adjusted at will; it is not the common elastic pressing; labels can travel without restriction.
● The header-out is a double pressure-roller structure so labels can be tightened while label breakage due to damage of backing paper die-cutting can be avoided. Sectional type clutch makes tension more balanced.
● Famous manufacturer’s servo motor is adopted to achieve close-loop control and meet high speed and high precision positioning.
● The sizing mechanism with a special design is adopted to ensure correct positioning of objects to be labeled and realize precise labeling.
● Pressing belt and the host gear are connected to guarantee absolute synchronization of the two conveyance belts without any adjustment.
● It is possible to attach multi-side wrapping labeling mechanism for round and square bottles to realize one machine for multiple purposes and to achieve flat bottle labeling, round bottle circumferential labeling, round bottle positioning labeling and square bottle multi-side labeling.
● Advanced HMI operation, PLC control, 304 stainless steel appearance are adopted.
